Delivery & handling costs
All orders are sent with track & trace (when available in your country) and have transport insurance. The transport insurance covers up to the amount of €500 (Greece & Outside EU €146) per shipment. The delivery and handling costs depend on the delivery address (The Netherlands, Europe or Worldwide) and the total price of the order. The actual delivery and handling costs are calculated as soon as you start the checkout procedure.

Europe : €14,95 - €20,95
Worldwide : Available on request
Returns & guarantee claims
For returns and guarantee claims email us at support@a-blocks.org. Important: your return must be confirmed by us through email before you can ship it to us. Packages that are not confirmed by email are not accepted for delivery.

Items can be returned within 8 days of shipping.

Because of ESD damage risk, electronic parts can only be returned if the ESD safe package is unopened.

If unopened and undamaged, you will get a refund of 100% of the product price (shipping and handling costs are not refunded).

All source code on this website is open source code. Sources created by us are licensed according to GNU General Public license Version 3. Code from public domain sources is licensed according to the license of the original author. Source code not created by us may have commercial restricitions on them. Be sure to use them according to their original licenses if used for commercial reasons. All software is free for personal use. If you have any questions regarding the licenses please contact us.

Hardware license
All our hardware designs are free for personal use. You are allowed to reproduce the hardware for personal use. For commercial use or re-distribution contact us.

Use of names and trademarks
You are not allowed to include the name 'A-blocks' or 'Asplink' (or derivatives thereof) in the name of your product, company, or domain name without permission.
